Richard Walker - President and Co-Founder (Blog: EfficientCEO.com)
Richard Walker is the President and co-founder of Efficient Technology Inc. Richard also spent three years as a registered securities representative with Financial Network Investment Corp. Prior to starting Efficient Technology Inc, Richard was a senior consultant with Arthur Andersen's Business Consulting unit, implementing large enterprise technology solutions for Fortune 500 companies. With over 10 years experience in financial services, Richard has worked in various capacities at: Transamerica, PaineWebber, John Hancock and Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette. Richard's unique combination of financial service experience, technology product development and leadership drives ETI's excellence in developing technology solutions. (Licenses held include Series 7, 63 and Life Agent)

Cheryl Dillon – Sr. Vice President and Co-Founder
Cheryl Dillon is the Sr. Vice President and co-founder of Efficient Technology Inc. Cheryl's primary role with ETI is managing operations and customer service. With over 15 years experience in technology development, Cheryl has used her technology background to develop custom software solutions for ETI's consulting clients in the fields of financial services, entertainment, retail services and the arts. Prior to founding ETI, Cheryl was the Director of Customer Service for IBM, and spent several years managing customer service for small value-added-resellers and marketing companies. Cheryl's unique combination of customer service and technology expertise drives ETI's excellence in customer service.

Larry Smith – Sr. Vice President Business Development
Larry Smith is the Sr. Vice President of Business Development focused on building and managing strategic relationships. Prior to ETI, Larry was a Sr. Project Manager for Time Warner Music Group and Southern California Gas Company managing and implementing enterprise-wide technology projects. Larry also founded a recording studio business in Hollywood after a very successful career in music, comedy and performing arts. Larry's unique combination of business management, relationship building, technology implementation and entertainment experience drives ETI's excellence in relationships.

Suzanne Lawrence – Vice President, Forms Relations
Suzanne Lawrence is the Vice President of Form Relationships, focused on developing and managing relationships with form content owners including product companies, customers and alliance partners. Suzanne has over 15 years experience in marketing and financial services. Prior to joining ETI, Suzanne founded and operated Advisor Business Solutions, which offered strategic marketing and business development services to financial service firms and their advisors. Suzanne was also the Vice President of Marketing for Investec Asset Management Limited (a domestic and offshore global asset management company), and the Manager of Marketing at Huntington Advisors, Inc. (Licenses held include Series 7, 63)

Jeff Reece – Vice President, Product Relations
Jeff Reece is the Vice President of Product Relationships responsible for customer and partner success, with direct leadership over the development and implementation of Quik! solutions. Prior to joining ETI, Jeff served as the Assistant Vice President at NFP Securities where he managed the implementation and operations of the back office systems, including Quik! enterprise solutions. Jeff has also served as a senior consultant implementing enterprise level software and served in various technology and operational management roles at AMBAC. Jeff began his career serving in the United States Army, selected for special assignment in Washington, DC and an appointment to the White House. He has served on industry committees focusing on technology standards, such as the ACORD XML Standards working group and as a keynote speaker at technology conferences on Document Imaging and Business Process Management.
